Live in about five minutes

No theme code and no copy and paste. If you get stuck, a person on our team helps.

  1. Minute 1

    Install from the Shopify App Store

    One click. Nothing is added to your theme code, and uninstalling leaves nothing behind.

    It asks only for what it needs: your theme, so forms match it, and customers, for sign-up forms.

  2. Minute 2

    Pick a template or describe your form

    40 templates for contact, wholesale, quotes, surveys, bookings and more. Or type what you need and we draft it.

    Templates come with their logic set up, like showing Company name when someone picks Wholesale.

  3. Minute 3

    It already matches your theme

    Fonts, colours and buttons come from your theme. Adjust the layout, field style or motion if you like.

    Change your theme later and the form follows. Custom CSS on Pro if you want more.

  4. Minute 4

    Add it to a page in the theme editor

    “Add to page” opens your theme editor with the form already placed. Click Save.

    Works on the contact page, any page, product pages, a popup or a share link. No code to paste.

  5. Minute 5

    Your first submission arrives

    Saved, emailed to you, synced to Klaviyo or Sheets, and shown in your inbox with its delivery log.

    Saved before anything is sent, then delivered with retries, so a lead is never lost.

The editor

Four steps instead of eight tabs

Each step has one job, so you always know where a setting lives.

Step 1

Build

  • Pick from 40 templates, or describe your form and we draft it
  • Drag elements in from a searchable palette
  • Put fields side by side, or group them in columns and sections
  • Add rules in plain words: “Show Company name when topic is Wholesale”
  • Test every rule in the preview with a panel that explains it
Step 2

Design

  • It already matches your theme’s fonts, colours and buttons
  • Classic or conversational, and a layout: inline, boxed, popup, slide-in, full page
  • Field style, a form image and a motion style
  • Custom CSS on Pro, scoped so it never touches your theme
Step 3

Notify

  • An email to you that replies straight to the customer
  • An auto-reply from your store name, or your own domain on Pro
  • Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Sheets and more, per form, with a consent check
  • A reminder for people who started but didn’t finish
Step 4

Publish

  • “Add to page” opens your theme editor with the form placed
  • Contact page, any page, product pages, a popup or a share link
  • Who can submit: login required, customer tags, one per customer
  • Close after a number of submissions, or on a schedule
After someone submits

Saved first. Then sent. Then checked.

Every submission is written to the database before anything else happens. Then each delivery runs on its own and retries if it fails: after 1 minute, 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours and 12 hours.
