These terms apply when you install or use the TidyForms Contact Form Builder app for Shopify (“the app”) or visit tidyforms.app. By using the app you agree to them. TidyForms is in beta, so features can change; we will tell you before anything changes that affects your forms or your bill.
Your account
You use TidyForms through your Shopify store. You are responsible for your store, for the forms you publish, and for having a lawful reason and the consent you need to collect what your forms ask for.
Plans and billing
- Free, Pro and Pro+ are billed monthly or yearly through Shopify. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial.
- Charges stop when you uninstall the app or switch to Free. We do not bill outside Shopify.
- If you go over your plan’s monthly submissions, paid plans keep working and we email you; on Free, forms keep accepting submissions up to twice the limit, then show your contact email instead.
Acceptable use
Don’t use TidyForms to collect payment card numbers or passwords, to send spam, to deceive people, or for anything illegal. We may pause forms that are being used this way and will tell you why.
Your data
You own your forms and submissions. You can export or delete them at any time. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.
Availability
We work hard to keep TidyForms running and every submission safe, and we tell you quickly if something goes wrong. The service is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop using TidyForms at any time by uninstalling it. We may end the service with 30 days’ notice, and you will be able to export your data first.
