What happens when I reach my plan’s limit?
Paid plans never pause: we keep collecting and email you at 80% and 100%. Pro+ can add 5,000 submissions for $5. On Free we keep accepting up to twice the limit, then show your contact email instead of the form.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Pro and Pro+ come with a 14-day free trial, billed through Shopify. Billing stops when you uninstall.
Do you charge more on Shopify Plus?
No. Same prices on every Shopify plan, with no per-form fees and no intro prices that jump later.
Can I change plans later?
Any time, from inside the app. Upgrades start at once; downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.
Do I pay to see my own submissions?
Never. Free keeps the last 30 days in your inbox; Pro and Pro+ keep everything, with CSV export.
